At the first meeting of biography trainers after the 2nd

Worldwide Biography Conference in 2003 at the
    Goetheanum, the International Trainers Forum

    for certified biography trainings based on Anthroposophy

    was inaugurated to serve peer intervision, evaluation and

    recognition of training programmes in professional work

    with biographical development.

    Annual meetings are generally held at the Goetheanum,

    Dornach, Switzerland, or at the venue of the next biennial

    Worldwide Biography Conference.

Member representatives are committed to working towards an esoteric deepening of the biographical impulse in relation to the challenges and responsibilities of trainers, as well as through sharing and engaging in research together to further nourish the development of work with biography as a vocation.  In addition members offer their professional experience to colleagues who are developing or inaugurating new certified biography training programmes based on Anthroposophy and are seeking qualified mentors.

International Trainers Forum is the professional coordination group within the  General Anthroposophical Section     working on behalf of certified biography trainings wishing to cultivate an ongoing relationship with the School of Spiritual Science at the Goetheanum. Colleagues who are already offering, or are in the process of preparing, a certified training founded on the biography impulse developing out of Anthroposophy are always welcome to take up contact. A representative of a training who is seeking to take up a membership in the International Trainers Forum is required to:

♦  carry and represent a certified training which is already taking place;
♦  be a member of the School of Spiritual Science at the Goetheanum;
♦  be co-responsible for furthering the quality and development of the biography impulse;
♦  share the task of providing support and mentoring for new training programs;
♦  maintain continuity in attending meetings.
